As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your top priority is guest satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, positive attitude.
- Take orders and prepare coffees, beverages, baked goods, sandwiches, and wraps according to Tim Hortons standards.
- Follow all operating procedures and use each piece of equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter, dining room, and kitchen areas.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
- Support teammates and communicate clearly to ensure smooth operations on every shift.
- Contribute to a respectful and friendly work atmosphere.
