ABOUT THE JOB
As a Restaurant Manager at Tim Hortons, you are an enthusiastic role model who motivates Team Members to deliver excellent service on every shift. You will build strong relationships with a diverse team, focus on training and development, and support the Owner with the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage each shift by ensuring your team has the tools, information, and guidance needed to succeed.
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for guests and operating equipment.
- Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain high standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Promote a respectful and positive work environment with open communication and teamwork.
- Monitor performance, support incentive and bonus programs, and recognize strong results.
- Manage inventory and ordering to support smooth, efficient restaurant operations.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 6 months of managerial experience in a restaurant or similar environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Must pass any required security and safety screening.
- Strong guest-focused attitude and commitment to operational excellence.
