ABOUT THE JOB
As a Restaurant Manager at Tim Hortons, you are an enthusiastic role model who motivates Team Members to deliver excellent service for every guest, every visit. You will build positive relationships with a diverse team, focus on training and development, and help the Owner with the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage each shift to ensure the team has the tools, support, and direction needed to succeed.
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for guests and operating equipment.
- Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain high standards of operation and guest service.

- Monitor service, quality, and cleanliness to ensure a great guest experience at all times.
- Manage inventory and ordering to support smooth, efficient restaurant operations.
