ABOUT THE JOB
As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your top priority is guest satisfaction. Whether you welcome guests at the counter, prepare beverages and baked goods, or support the kitchen and service area, you will help deliver the exceptional guest experience that Tim Hortons is known for.
Training for this position is provided on the DAY shift (between 7 AM and 4 PM), and you must be able to reliably commute to the location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests with hospitality.
- Complete guest orders including coffee, beverages, baked goods, donuts and more.
- Prepare delicious sandwiches and wraps.
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for guests.
- Follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
- Have fun while making guests’ days!
SHIFT INFORMATION
This location is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Team Members for the following shifts:
- Day shift: 5 AM – 3 PM
- Afternoon shift: 1 PM – 11 PM
- Night shift (Full-Time only): 11 PM – 7 AM
All shifts will be a maximum of 8 hours with at least 8 hours between active work times.
