The Food Service Assistant works in Costco’s Food Court, helping prepare and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. This position involves food preparation, operating equipment, maintaining sanitation standards, and providing friendly, efficient service to members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve food and beverages such as pizzas, hot dogs, desserts, and drinks.
- Operate food preparation and dispensing equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness of food prep areas, counters, and seating areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, temperature control, and health code standards.
- Stock ingredients, supplies, and packaging as needed.
- Assist members at the counter and provide prompt, courteous service.
- Support overall food court operations during busy periods.
