KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist members with selecting eyeglass frames and lens options.
- Process eyewear orders, ring up purchases, and handle payments accurately.
- Support optical professionals with basic tasks under supervision, following provincial regulations.
- Receive, stock, and organize optical merchandise and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure orders are processed correctly.
- Keep the optical department clean, organized, and compliant with procedures.
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to Costco members.
