ABOUT THE JOB
As a Tire Installer at Costco, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing tires while providing excellent member service in a fast-paced Tire Centre environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, balance, rotate, and repair tires according to Costco and industry standards.
- Inspect vehicles and tires for damage or wear.
- Drive member vehicles into service bays when required.
- Remove wheels using impact guns and mounting machines.
- Attach wheel balancers and apply wheel weights.
- Inflate tires using nitrogen or air to proper specifications.
- Perform tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) sensor work when required.
- Complete torque checks and road checks as required.
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and provide receipts.
- Assist members with product recommendations and tire-related questions.
- Stock tires and supplies according to merchandising plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized Tire Centre.
- Follow all safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse when needed.
