ABOUT THE JOB

As a Tire Centre Sales Assistant at Costco, you will help members with tire purchases and services, answer questions, prepare service invoices, and assist with scheduling and merchandising. You will work closely with the Tire Centre team to provide excellent customer service and support daily operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist members in determining tire needs and recommending products.
  • Answer questions and provide tire and service price quotes.
  • Process tire purchases and service invoices.
  • Handle member inquiries in person and by phone.
  • Schedule tire appointments and manage booking information.
  • Tag and organize tires and special orders.
  • Receive and stock tire inventory according to merchandising standards.
  • Assist with warranty returns and documentation.
  • Communicate with Tire Centre managers regarding inventory and special orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the tire centre area.
  • Assist with wrapping, mopping, spraying, and wiping tasks.
  • Support members with parking and vehicle movement when required.
  • Work efficiently throughout the day in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
