Costco is hiring a Stocker in Edmonton, Alberta. This role supports daily warehouse operations by stocking merchandise, maintaining organized aisles, and helping ensure products are available and well presented for members.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Stocker at Costco, you will help move, stock, and organize merchandise throughout the warehouse. You’ll follow merchandising standards, assist with product rotation, help maintain clean and safe work areas, and support members when needed. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys active, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock merchandise on shelves and in displays, ensuring products are properly placed and organized.
- Rotate and face products to maintain merchandising standards and a clean presentation.
- Move pallets and merchandise using approved equipment and safe lifting techniques.
- Set up and modify product displays as needed to support promotions and seasonal changes.
- Remove cardboard and debris, keeping aisles, endcaps, and work areas clean and hazard-free.
- Use cutters/hand tools safely when opening boxes and preparing products for stocking.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding stock needs, priorities, and merchandising plans.
- Assist with product signage and labeling, including marking down items when required.
- Provide courteous member service and assist members in locating items when approached.
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse as necessary.
